About Me

Hi, I’m George Poulos—a skater, creator, and coach dedicated to helping people connect with their authentic voice and unlock creative freedom. My journey has been about embracing who I truly am, both online and offline, and empowering others to do the same.

From filming skate videos in my basement at age 10 to building a YouTube channel with over 100,000 subscribers, I’ve always been passionate about creativity. But like many, I struggled with the pressures of fitting into the “real world.” After graduating college and achieving what I thought was my dream (becoming a full time YouTuber), I quickly found myself burnt out and unfulfilled.

That’s when I discovered mindfulness and meditation, and through years of practice I realized that true happiness comes from authenticity—living and creating from a place of inner truth rather than external expectations. I like to frame this as creative freedom. This clarity has become my guiding light for both my creative work, the way I live my life, my approach to helping others.
